Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellations

In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day following delivery subject to the following conditions and returns process:

  • For all cancellations:
  1. You must cancel in writing within 14 days from delivery.
  2. You are responsible for the cost of sending back the goods.
  • You have statutory duty to take care of the goods. Damage or distress caused or allowed by you to the product may void your right to return the product.
  1. You may examine the goods as you would do when purchasing in a shop. You have a duty to take care of the goods. Cancelled orders where the goods are returned damaged, worn, scratched, modified or missing any of the supplied equipment, including screens, stands, batteries and other accessories, will be rejected and returned to you.
  2. If the goods are returned with any damage, you will be charged for the diminished value of the goods.
  • We recommend that goods should be sent by a recorded method of delivery as proof of return may be required. They should also be insured in case the goods are damaged during return transit.
  • You are responsible for the security and safety of the goods until they are received and accepted back into our warehouse. If you do not use insurance and the goods are damaged or go missing you are fully liable for the cost of the goods.
  • You are responsible for the cost of sending back the goods.
  • However, some items bought online or by mail order cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. These include:
    • tailor-made or personalised goods
    • Special offer items

 

Damaged products

If you receive a damaged product, please call us within 48 hours of delivery on 01733 561991 . We will arrange an exchange or refund you as soon as possible.

Collection/exchange of the damaged item is free.

 

Faulty Products

 

As with store purchases, we’re always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault.  As most of our products come direct from supplier & are covered by warranty each brand usually has a separate service department for faults. If you give us a call on 01733 561991 we can direct you to the correct department for engineers or book in a visit ourselves.

 

Returns

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store, online or over the phone. Returns can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product. You may have to pay for re-stocking / collection charges.
